Poster Contest for local Special Needs Children

Special needs children enrolled in Middlesex Schools are encouraged to create posters which are judged by the Lodge’s Special Needs Committee and the winners are recognized.

Charity, the Heart of Elkdom ~ Annual Charity Ball

For fifty years, the Lodge hosts a Charity Ball, which is considered the foremost fundraiser of the Lodge. Each year, a special child and his/her family are our honored guests at a dinner dance where the child is acknowledged and presented with great gifts. During the course of the evening, a “Wishing Well” is brought out, and those present are encouraged to “dig in their pockets” and make a donation. Every year, we are awed by everyone’s generosity. Proceeds from the Wishing Well go to fund wheelchairs/prostheses as well as physical/educational/speech therapy treatments and camperships.
